Rayalaseema is a geographic region in the state of Andhra Pradesh. It comprises four southern districts of the state namely, Anantapur, Chittoor, Kadapa and Kurnool. 

The four districts of the region were part of the Madras Presidency until 1953. From 1953 the region is part of Andhra State.   

It is also referred as Greater Rayalaseema along with Nellore & Prakasham districts.
